Delivery and Shipping<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Products are delivered to the shipping carrier after order confirmation and full payment have been completed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deliveries are carried out through contracted cargo and logistics companies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Delivery times may vary depending on product type, stock availability, public holidays, and inspections required under applicable legislation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Chemical products are shipped in compliance with applicable transportation and safety regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>During delivery, the Buyer may be required to be present at the delivery address and, if necessary, to sign delivery documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once the product has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of damage and responsibility transfers to the Buyer within the scope of applicable legislation.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2>2. Inspection Upon Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>The Buyer agrees to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Inspect the package at the time of delivery,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Record any damaged, missing, or incorrect products in a written report with the shipping officer present,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Notify the Company of any issues no later than <strong>one\u00a0hours<\/strong> after delivery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Claims not reported within this period may not be accepted.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2>3. Returns and Exchange Conditions \ud83d\udd04<\/h2>\n<p>Due to the nature of chemical products:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or whose packaging has been damaged.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>There is no right of return for hazardous chemical products, products requiring special authorization, or products subject to regulatory restrictions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>In the event of incorrect or defective product delivery, the Company will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Return requests must be submitted in writing and include invoice details.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2>4. Safety and Usage Warnings \u26a0\ufe0f<\/h2>\n<p>The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Products must be used only by trained and authorized personnel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Relevant Safety Data Sheets (SDS) must be reviewed and followed prior to use.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Products must be stored under appropriate conditions and disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Any damages arising from improper use, incorrect storage, or actions contrary to instructions shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from misuse or use outside the intended purpose of the products.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2>6. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n<p>The Company shall not be held liable for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Accidents, damages, or third-party claims arising after delivery of the product to the Buyer,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Direct or indirect damages resulting from the manner in which the product is used.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2>7. Policy Amendments<\/h2>\n<p>The Company reserves the right to amend this policy in accordance with legislative or operational requirements.<br \/>The updated policy becomes effective as of the date it is published on the website.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2>8.
