D-Panthenol – Provitamin B5
D-Panthenol, Provitamin B5’in stabil formudur ve nemlendirici ile besleyici özellikleri sayesinde cilt ve saç bakımında en çok tercih edilen aktiflerden biridir. Cildin nemini koruyarak yumuşaklık ve esneklik kazandırır, kuruluk ve gerginlik hissini azaltır. Saçta ise kırılmayı ve cansızlığı önlemeye yardımcı olur ve parlaklık sağlar. Genellikle %1 – %5 oranında kullanılır, yoğun bakım formüllerinde %10’a kadar çıkabilir. Suda çözünür ve formülün su fazına eklenir, 40°C’nin altında ilave edilmesi tavsiye edilir. Tüm cilt tipleri için güvenlidir ve günlük kullanıma uygundur.

D-Panthenol is the stable form of Provitamin B5 and is widely used in cosmetic formulations for its moisturizing and conditioning effects on skin and hair. It helps attract and retain moisture, leaving the skin soft, smooth, and more elastic while reducing dryness and tightness. In hair care, it minimizes breakage and frizz and enhances natural shine. It is typically used at concentrations between 1% and 5% in creams, lotions, shampoos, and conditioners, and can be applied up to 10% in intensive care products. Being water-soluble, it is added to the aqueous phase of formulations preferably below 40°C to maintain stability. It is safe for all skin types and suitable for daily use
