Products are delivered to the shipping carrier after order confirmation and full payment have been completed.
Deliveries are carried out through contracted cargo and logistics companies.
Delivery times may vary depending on product type, stock availability, public holidays, and inspections required under applicable legislation.
Chemical products are shipped in compliance with applicable transportation and safety regulations.
During delivery, the Buyer may be required to be present at the delivery address and, if necessary, to sign delivery documentation.
Once the product has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of damage and responsibility transfers to the Buyer within the scope of applicable legislation.
2. Inspection Upon Delivery
The Buyer agrees to:
Inspect the package at the time of delivery,
Record any damaged, missing, or incorrect products in a written report with the shipping officer present,
Notify the Company of any issues no later than one hours after delivery.
Claims not reported within this period may not be accepted.

Any damages arising from improper use, incorrect storage, or actions contrary to instructions shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.
The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from misuse or use outside the intended purpose of the products.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for:
Accidents, damages, or third-party claims arising after delivery of the product to the Buyer,
Direct or indirect damages resulting from the manner in which the product is used.
